For a limited number of weddings each year, I am available to provide Wedding Day Coordination for couples who have planned their own celebration but want the reassurance of an experienced professional bringing everything together.
You've chosen the venue, appointed your suppliers and made hundreds of decisions.

EXPERIENCE CHANGES EVERYTHING
There is a considerable difference between having a plan and knowing how to make that plan work beautifully.
With more than 20 years' experience in the wedding and events industry, I have worked across everything from intimate celebrations to complex multi-location weddings.
That experience brings something no checklist can provide. The ability to anticipate what is needed, notice what others might miss and understand how one small change can affect everything that follows.
And when the unexpected happens, it's dealt with it calmly and discreetly.
Often, you'll never know it happened at all.
THE FINAL WEEKS
From your plans to one beautifully coordinated experience.
Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we begin working closely together.
We'll go through your plans in detail, including your venue, suppliers, timings, ceremony, entertainment, logistics and guest experience. I'll then create a comprehensive wedding-day plan that brings everything together.
By the time your wedding morning arrives, everyone knows what is happening, where they need to be and when.
ON THE DAY
You enjoy the moments. I'll take care of everything around them.
Behind the scenes, I'll oversee the details that make your wedding work, from supplier arrivals and set-up to timings, transitions, ceremony, photography, entertainment, speeches, dinner and everything in between.
I'll keep things moving without making the day feel managed. Because the very best coordination is rarely noticed.
Your guests simply experience a day that flows effortlessly from one wonderful moment to another.
